By using Future Physique AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service description
The App provides AI-generated body visualizations, motivational content, and fitness tracking tools. Results are estimates for inspiration only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Subscriptions and billing
- Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions sold via Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Weekly plan: $4.99/week, with a 3-day free trial where offered by Apple.
- Monthly plan: $12.99/month. Prices may vary by region and platform.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings (App Store / Google Play).
- Restore purchases is available in the App and in Settings.
Free preview (optional)
The App may offer an optional way to preview generated images by sharing the App with friends. This preview does not include premium dashboard access, check-ins, or tracking. Premium features require a paid subscription.
Premium features
Paid subscriptions unlock features such as:
- Premium dashboard access
- HD physique generation and viewing
- Monthly check-ins and AI progress analysis
- Transformation timeline and plan updates
User content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide App features. You must only upload photos you have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass paywalls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Health disclaimer
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program. Do not rely on the App for medical decisions.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
